I am originally from Winona, MN and moved to the Twin Ports in 2016. I received a degree in broadcast journalism from University of Minnesota. I’ve been with Little Lambs Learning Center since 2017. I started as a full-time assistant teacher, then lead teacher, and now director. My desire to get into early childhood education started in high school when I served as a tutor in the adjacent grade school. I really enjoyed the experience and it always stuck with me. I had a ten-year career as a tv news reporter but decided to leave and join the Little Lambs staff. It's been so much fun to work with each of the children and share the love of Jesus with them. My favorite part of teaching is seeing the students grow in their faith and sharing the message of the Gospel with them. I have been married to my lovely wife Kaytlin since 2017. We have two boys, Otto and Carson. I enjoy spending time with my family. We love taking walks in the woods and going to the zoo. I also love going to concerts and have been to close to 500 of them.
I am originally from Gibbon, MN and moved to the Twin Ports in 2020 after graduating from Martin Luther College with an early childhood education degree. Ever since I was little, I knew that I wanted to have a profession that involved young children. Many of my friends and family saw my talent with children and encouraged me to be a teacher. I love getting to share God's Word with my students and seeing how it emanates through their life. I also love seeing the children's faces as the learning clicks in their brains. The joy that they bring to others through what they say and do is priceless. I enjoy keeping busy by spending time outside camping, biking, and hiking. I also enjoy reading books when I have the time.
I am originally from Watertown, WI, and have been in the twin ports since 2016. After graduating from Martin Luther College with an early childhood education degree. I spent the summer after my freshman year in Nebraska teaching Vacation Bible School and realized I loved teaching, especially early childhood. I love that with children this young every day is a new day. So much growth and change can happen at this age and I'm glad I get to be a part of it. I get to tell the children about Jesus, and for some of them, this is their first time hearing about Him. I met my husband, Peter, here in Duluth. My parents still live in Watertown, and I have two younger brothers.
